Gameloft, A French game developing company reported last month that they made over $25 million from purchases via the iPhone and iPod Touch Application Store. With hits such as Asphalt 5, Brothers in Arms and Real Soccer ‘09, their business often dominated the App store. Gameloft withdrew from boxed games in January 2009, and says mobile games accounted for 94% of the company’s sales for the whole year. The remaining 6% are related to consoles game sales according to an article from TechCrunch. I myself have given some of their games a ride and personally they were always on my home page. I would recommend to all Real Soccer ‘09! It is a great simulation game with real teams and players (hens the name) and I think it is personally better and cheaper than the FIFA game available in the App Store. Their games just seemed to exceed all other games, they are six flags amount of fun!
